*Title: *Occupational Therapist - Home Health
*Position Shift: *PRN All days of week
*Position Summary:*
Provides therapeutic care of patients in their place of residence.
Responsible for conducting medically prescribed occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation of the mentally or physically handicapped.
Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
Facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaption and productivity, diminish, or correct pathology to promote and maintain health.
Able to work with all age groups.
Current and valid license as an Occupational Therapist Tennessee *Required

Current and valid Driver's License Tennessee *Required*
Bachelor's Occupational Therapy *Preferred
*
1 Year Occupational Therapy Experience *Preferred

1 Year Home Health Care/Occupational Therapy *Preferred
