Administrative Assistant

We Are Hiring: Department: Total Quality Management Schedule: Full Time, Days (Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p or 7:30a-4p) Hospital: Ascension Saint Thomas (3 days on site and 2 days remote) Location: Nashville, TN The Administrative Assistant should possess very strong communication skills and be very detail oriented.
The Administrative Assistant will be supporting 5 Senior level associates so ability to multi-task and be flexible is needed.
Previous Administrative Assistant experience is strongly preferred.
Interested candidates, please apply! What You Will Do: Provide administrative support for assigned area(s) or program.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
Schedule and support preparation for meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events.
May compile and enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s), verify data, identify issues and research or correct as appropriate.
Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, and handles general inquiries.
Establish and maintain filing systems.
Order and stock supplies.
What You Will Need: Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
