We are looking for a dedicated Creative Services Specialist like you to be a part of our team.
Job Summary and Qualifications The Communications and Creative Services Specialist will support the Parallon Marketing and Communications department by generating high-quality content, both written and visual.
This individual will contribute to multiple design and communication projects, focusing on creating consistent and effective deliverables to support colleague engagement and Parallon culture, brand awareness and operational project support as needed.
What you will do in this role: Develop designed deliverables across a broad range of assets including PowerPoint presentations and info-graphics, digital design, publications and other print materials, and video with an emphasis on motion graphics Create and develop marketing and communication materials through planning, research, writing, editing, graphic design, and/or distribution of various media, including but not limited to newsletters, brochures, flyers, website copy, social posts, and reports Work individually or alongside other team members to produce custom graphics, designs, and/or copy layouts for print and digital content Collaborate across the team and organization to serve as a creative, thoughtful source of current best practices in all aspects of the creative delivery process Serve as a Parallon brand ambassador, ensuring all visual and written assets reflect the brand appropriately Develop strong relationships and collaborate with business owners / internal Parallon departments and across HCA Healthcare Marketing and Communications teams as applicable to create content and produce deliverables Maintain and refresh intranet content for Parallon audiences, both corporate and enterprise Assist and participate in the management, coordination and execution of internal communications projects and meetings Track and follow up on deliverables from contributors at multiple levels of the organization What qualifications you will need: Bachelor’s degree is required; a focus in design or an equivalent design-related field is preferred Minimum 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, design, content development, or related field is preferred, including internships Graphic Design Portfolio Required Parallon provides full-service revenue cycle management, or total patient account resolution, for HCA Healthcare.
Our services include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, hospital billing, revenue integrity, collections, payment compliance, credentialing, health information management, customer service, payroll and physician billing.
