Director of Access Management leads the teams responsible for provisioning access to IT system for Corporate, Division, Facility, and Service Line users.
The Director is responsible for developing operational plans, participates in the development of strategic plans and is responsible for effectively implementing these plans.
Aligns and prioritizes enterprise access provisioning following IPS vision / direction coupled with ITG objectives.
Engages key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of access provisioning plans and initiatives.
Creates an environment for all access management teams to align and coordinate standard support delivery with customer needs and expectations.
Maintains a current knowledge of issues facing access provisioning within the healthcare industry.
Routinely provides creative and innovative ideas and solutions that will improve and streamline our access provisioning process.
Develops staff and leaders within the team, ensuring professional development plans are articulated and regularly reviewed.
Creates an environment that supports the achievement of stated plans.
Follows processes and standards, builds and expands relationships with key stakeholders, and plans and allocates resources to meet ITG goals.
Ensures access provisioning areas across the enterprise deliver products and services in a consistent, standard and effective manner.
Operations Management Defines access operation operating model and metrics that support the expectations of all key stakeholders.
Ensures compliance with established metrics and processes.
Ensures delivery of all access operations services within the HCA IT Access Management organization, while ensuring a positive customer support experience.
Identify and drive implementation of continuous improvement efforts.
Creates an environment that encourages information sharing, team-based resolutions, cross-training, and process improvement to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and service excellence.

Possess a proven operational background with a drive to show marked improvement, a passion for security and access management practices, and understand the dynamically urgent aspects of physician access.

Proactively develops managers.
Leads resource planning, recruiting, and resource allocation to meet access management goals and priorities across the company.
Excellent communicator with team, customers, and stakeholders.
Leadership The Sr.
Director Access Management provides support during normal business hours as well as afterhours (nights, weekends & holidays) as required for escalation and emergency purposes.
All Division/Regional, Corporate, and Service Line Access Manager positions and their teams report to this position.
1 Director responsible for 8 Managers and 100+ staff 3 managers supporting various lines of business and 40+ staff Director will collaborate across departmental and divisional boundaries, to ensure IPS, ITG goals and HCA priorities and business objectives are met.
Responsible for departmental and project budget planning and execution.
