Very thin, very low energy consumption and almost no heat.
The 5000k spectrum of light is more akin to daylight, not excessively warm (yellow) or cool (blue), but in the middle.
5500 lumens is the amount of light it emits, and this is a substantial amount.
Mount it high enough and you can completely illuminate a large space.
So much better than old fluorescent fixtures that they just don't even compare.
