(Next to St.
Thomas West Hospital) It’s mostly fill material - clay dirt with rocks mixed in it.
We have ECS Southeast soil test results on file/available free to you.
The soil tested “Suitable as engineered fill”.
A construction company is finishing up having Shearon Trucking and Excavating dig up and transport ~ 500 dump truck loads of this fill dirt to their work site.
Shearon Trucking is a hard-working company and may still be on site today.

) EZ access with side driveway to Cherokee Road.
Creative ideas (you bring equipment to sift it onsite yourself, etc.
) can be considered.
Available for free are also piles of rocks/boulders.
Great for building a stone wall/fence.
We have no earth-moving equipment, trucks, or manpower to dig, load, or transport it for free or for a charge.
