24,000 BTU (2-Tons) 220 volt unit 20 amp NEMA 6-20P plug type Includes condensate pump which can carry the water 100 feet away.
Hot air exhaust uses 12" ductwork.
The coils are in pretty good condition (See Pictures).
The unit was part of a rental fleet for commercial applications.
The unit works, rolls around and and blows cold air fine.
This unit is rated for indoor use and is not designed for outdoor use.
