As a Door-to-Door (or public) Benefit Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting a free nationwide program, Obamacare.
This is a contract position with hourly or commission-only pay and the potential for future opportunities within our organization.
Responsibilities:
-Cold Approaching: Refer individuals to call a designated agency, in public or door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods.
-Engagement: Engage with public and/or residents in a friendly and respectful manner, answering questions about the coverage/benefits and encouraging participation.
-Data Collection: Accurately record names and contact information using provided tools and technology.
-Reporting: Provide routine updates and reports on productivity to the field manager.
-Compliance: Adhere to all compliance regulations and guidelines, ensuring ethical and legal canvassing practices.
Qualifications:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience maintaining accurate records of interactions, leads generated, and customer details.
-Enthusiastic and passionate about helping others.
-Working smart phone.
-Reliable and punctual, able to meet daily and weekly canvassing goals.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Attention to detail for accurate data collection.
-Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
-Knowledge of local landmarks and territory is a plus.
